Eren Demirışık

After graduating from Tarsus American College, Attorney Eren Demirışık completed his undergraduate education at Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law in 2017. Focusing academically on IT Law, Demirışık obtained a master's degree in IT and Technology Law from Istanbul Bilgi University (2018-2019) and is currently pursuing a second master's program in the same field at Bahçeşehir University.

Beginning his professional career in 2017, Demirışık worked at Turkey's leading law firms, where he held significant responsibilities such as department management, before establishing his own practice.

Since September 2021, he has been conducting his professional activities under his own name at Demirışık Law Firm, which he founded. Through his firm, he provides legal consultancy services to client companies, primarily focusing on bringing their internal operations into compliance with legislation and structuring their commercial activities to be as legally protected as possible.

With an approach of preventive law and the awareness that "cases are won not at the end, but with the right actions taken at the time of the dispute," he prevents problems from escalating into lawsuits by providing fast and accurate solutions at the moment of conflict, or he maximizes his clients' chances of winning. If disputes do turn into lawsuits, he manages all stages of the cases in various fields of private and criminal law, particularly in IT and Technology, Commercial, Intellectual and Industrial Property, and Labor Law.

Additionally, he manages the compliance processes of client companies with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) as an independent service. Aware that KVKK compliance is not solely a legal dimension, he personally audits the adequacy and functionality of the technical measures clients must take, utilizing his ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System) Lead Auditor certification.

With his professional-level English proficiency and theoretical knowledge in IT Law, he provides legal consultancy to numerous companies, including foreign ones, and actively conducts KVKK compliance projects.
